Separate templates from local constraints
Reuse fixture definitions and common operating rules where appropriate. Keep local opening hours, restricted areas, equipment, and staffing assumptions explicit. A template should speed up preparation without hiding site differences.
Roll out in stages
Choose the next sites to test variations the pilot did not cover. Assign a local owner and a central reviewer. Monitor data quality and adoption as well as operational outcomes before increasing the rollout scope.
